Good value for money and great location. The rooms were very clean. Also, the staff tried to be helpful and were friendly and professional.
There was a strong smell of cleaning products which made it difficult to sleep. The pictures were misleading as the rooms were located in a separate building.

During our stay at Vila Sia, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms. The heavy curtains in the room not only blocked out the sunlight but also helped to muffle the noise from the street. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a small restaurant with a lovely terrace right in the hotel courtyard. The food and drinks were delicious, and it provided a nice place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Plus, the location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to easily access the city center either by walking or using the tram.
While our overall experience at Vila Sia was positive, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The AC unit in our room wasn't working properly, so it got a bit warm at times.

During my xmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the close location to the city center and the tram line that made it easy to move around. The room was clean and well-taken care of, and I enjoyed the small terrace outside where I could chill in the fresh air. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything.
The noise level was unbearable as there was a restaurant nearby which kept us up until late at night. , the room was quite small, and the furniture was old and worn-out.
